Do you ship internationally?
Yes. All international packages are shipped via DHL and UK packages are shipped by Royal Mail Recorded. Items shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the flat rate cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Clarissa K.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has left the United Kingdom.
Please check with your country’s postal office to check what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
£5.95 flat fee for United Kingdom.
£7.95 flat fee for all international countries.
What forms of payment are accept?
Online payments through Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Paypal.
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order please log into you account. You can also refer to your shipping confirmation email to check the status of your order.
Where is my order confirmation?
Order confirmations can take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please us the contact form with your inquiry.
How long before I can receive my order?
The order process time is 48 hours. Delivery time within the United Kingdom is 4-7 business days, and 7-14 business days internationally. Delivery time maybe longer during National holidays, limited edition launches and restocks.

Orders can be made through ClarissaKSkincare.com and through Clarissa K Brand Ambassadors. All purchases are made through the website.
Can I change my order?
Please use the contact form to change your order as soon as possible. The best will be done to change you request. However, Once your order has been shipping there is no guarantee that any changes can be made.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can be cancel within the processing time of 48 hours. Unfortunately, after an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Can I return my order?
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered and all sales are final. Clarissa K Skincare reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.
In the event that a product has arrived damage, please use the contact form with 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
Can I exchange my product?
Currently exchanges are not offered, all sales are final.
If my items arrive damaged, what should be done?
Please use the contact form immediately and provide your order number and some photos of the damage product/s.
I received the incorrect item/s, what should can be do?
Please use the contact form as soon as possible so that it can be taken care of for you. Please provide us with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item you received.
What is the return policy?
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered and all sales are final. Clarissa K Skincare reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.

Does Clarissa K Skincare use parabens or sulphates?
Parabens or sulphates are not use within Clarissa K Skincare.

Yes, all formulas have been tested and have passed industry standard testing.
Are your products natural?
Yes, naturally derived ingredients are chosen over synthetics in all formulas.

Do you test products on animals?
No. All of our products are cruelty-free.
What temperature do these products need to be stored at?
